Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.


90-Night Guarantee

We want you to experience the full benefits of grounding. That’s why every Grounding Heart sheet is backed by our 90-Night Guarantee.

Here’s how it works:

• You must use the sheet consistently for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.
• If after 30–90 nights you are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund.
• To qualify, the product must be clean, undamaged, and in good condition. Normal signs of use are acceptable, but excessive wear, stains, burns, tears, or misuse void the guarantee.
• Limit one 90-night trial per household.
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.

To start a 90-Night Guarantee claim, email us at support@groundingheart.com with your order number and photos of the product.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for:
• Incorrect items received
• Damaged or defective items
• Manufacturing issues
• Approved 90-Night Guarantee refunds (as outlined above)

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for standard returns, or within 90 nights for guarantee claims.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used bedding products cannot be returned unless:
• They qualify under the 90-Night Guarantee, or
• There is a verified defect.


Return Shipping

• If the product is defective, incorrect, or approved under the 90-Night Guarantee, we will cover return shipping.
• For standard returns not covered by these cases, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us and our team will assist you.
